Live well, the Mediterranean way
A more intentional way to eat, gather, and live - centered around food and everyday habits that actually last.
Hi! I’m Sherri
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, founder of Simply Sherri, and author of Everything But the Kitchen Dink.
I grew up in a Greek family where life revolved around food and being together.
Meals weren’t just about what was on the table - they were how we slowed down and made time for each other, and they shaped how I think about food and everyday life.
Today, I create private and group experiences centered around food, helping people build simple, lasting habits around how they eat and live.
The Mediterranean way of living isn’t a diet - it’s how you approach food and daily life.
It’s not about tracking, restricting, or following a plan. It’s about cooking simple food without overcomplicating it, sitting down to eat instead of rushing through meals, and sharing food with other people instead of eating alone.
It’s a way of living that feels natural - and something you can actually sustain.
Through private sessions and group experiences, I help you bring this into your everyday life.
Work With Me
Whether you’re looking for a more personal experience or something to share with others, there are a few ways we can work together.
Each experience is centered around food, conversation, and simple ways to bring a more connected way of living into your everyday life.
Don’t see exactly what you’re looking for? We can create something more personalized for you.
-
A private, in-home session centered around food and conversation.
In a 2–3 hour experience, we cook a simple Mediterranean meal together, talk through your current routines, and explore small, practical ways to bring this approach into your everyday life. You’ll leave with a clear sense of how you want life to feel - and how to begin.
Sessions can be one-time or ongoing, depending on what feels right for you.
-
Small, welcoming gatherings designed to bring people together around food.
Hosted for 6–12 people, these experiences center around cooking, sharing a meal, and conversation in a relaxed, social setting.
Ideal for friends, small groups, or anyone looking to experience this way of living in a more communal way.
-
Talks for women’s groups, wellness communities, and organizations looking for something thoughtful and engaging.
Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes and blend personal story, cultural insight, and practical takeaways that can be applied to everyday life.
Audiences leave with ideas they can actually use - and a desire to continue the conversation.
