Asian Cucumber Salad


- 1 large cucumber

- 2 green onions (chopped)

- 2 TBS rice vinegar

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1 TBS soy sauce

- 1 tsp wasabi paste

- 1 tsp white sugar

- 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Slice cucumber into thin rounds.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, wasabi paste, sesame oil, and green onion. Whisk until well combined.

  3. Place the cucumber slices into the bowl and toss to coat.

  4. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds (optional).
