Quinoa Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Quinoa (cooked)
  • 2 Leaves Romaine (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 Green Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup Sheep’s Milk Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 can Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients together and toss with your favorite dressing.
