Quinoa Greek Salad



INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups Quinoa (cooked)

- 2 Leaves Romaine (chopped)

- 1/4 Cucumber (chopped)

- 1 Green Onion (chopped)

- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

- 1/4 cup Sheep's Milk Feta Cheese (crumbled)

- 1/2 can Chickpeas

- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)


INSTUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients together and toss with your favorite dressing.
